Veloran is committed to maintaining absolute integrity in all our digital communications. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance spam policy governing all marketing channels, text messaging, and email correspondence.

What is Spam?

Spam is any unsolicited commercial electronic message. It typically involves sending bulk emails, unsolicited SMS messages, or promotional links to individuals who have not provided explicit, verifiable consent to receive them.

Our Policy and Standards

We strictly comply with international anti-spam laws, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with these regulations:

  • We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscriber and customer databases to third parties.
  • We only send promotional emails and text messages to users who have explicitly opted-in to receive updates from Veloran.
  • Every marketing email we send includes a clear, accessible, and automated "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom.
  • We require all of our third-party marketing affiliates, partners, and network distributors to strictly adhere to this Anti-Spam Policy.

Affiliate Marketing Restrictions

Veloran products may sometimes be advertised through affiliate marketers. We hold our affiliates to the highest legal and ethical compliance standards. Affiliates are strictly forbidden from sending unsolicited commercial emails (UCE), bulk messaging on social networks, or executing spam campaigns to promote our brand. Any affiliate found violating these rules will face immediate account termination.

How to Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

If you no longer wish to receive marketing updates, promotional newsletters, or offers from us, you can opt-out at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any automated email from us.
  • For SMS/text message updates, reply with the word "STOP" to unsubscribe immediately from future text notifications.

Reporting Abuse
